8.1 The activities

• Dealing with systemic causes and the reasons why they cannot be detected.

• Warn of potential problems.

• Institutionalize the solution by improving the QMS (procedures, operating methods, implementation on similar projects).

• Train, communicate and deploy information to promote cross-functional use of the solution (similar project, similar site, similar context).

• Update FMEA, revise monitoring plan, control charts.
