4. D3 – Implementation of immediate actions and verification of their effectiveness

It's not a question of looking for the root causes of the problem, but of taking immediate corrective action once the problem has been understood.

4.1 The activities

  • Act to contain the problem, to protect the customer, to secure, while waiting for robust, reliable and definitive solutions to be put in place.

  • Guarantee immediate control of product and/or service quality to protect the customer.

  • Ruling on the commitment to inform the customer concerned.

  • Implement tighter control and sorting of stocks (factory, customer, transit)

  • Regarding the actions expected by ISO 9001: 2015, take into account chapter...
