9.1 The activities
Close the 8D report officially and with a guarantee of non-recurrence (as far as we know!).
Determine whether or not customer approval of solutions is required.
Demobilize resources.
Develop the QMS.
Show appreciation for the team (promoting the corporate culture) by offering thanks, congratulations and encouragement.
Organize a "Lesson Learnt" or feedback on good and bad practices, and difficulties encountered in implementing 8D (self-assessment, database, REX – feedback).
