7. D6 – Implementation and validation of corrective actions

7.1 The activities

  • Define and manage the action plan (see How to define an action plan? [FIC 0369] ), in particular by identifying the deadlines and responsibilities for processing, defining validation criteria to attest to the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken, implementing the actions, and verifying the effectiveness of the actions taken over time (indicators).

  • Communicate on project progress: at this stage, results are concrete and visible.

  • Lift the immediate actions implemented in D3 (and in the eligibility stage).
