5. How to run a creativity group?

As a facilitator, your mission is to stimulate and gather as many ideas as possible from the whole group, to produce value-added ideas and a concrete result.

  • Be directive in form and non-directive in content.

  • Be neutral about participants' ideas and suggestions, without judging them.

  • Motivate participants by encouraging them and showcasing their work.

  • Energize the session by stimulating the generation of ideas and associations, and by constantly challenging.

  • Write down all ideas without exception
