5. How to run a creativity group?
As a facilitator, your mission is to stimulate and gather as many ideas as possible from the whole group, to produce value-added ideas and a concrete result.
Be directive in form and non-directive in content.
Be neutral about participants' ideas and suggestions, without judging them.
Motivate participants by encouraging them and showcasing their work.
Energize the session by stimulating the generation of ideas and associations, and by constantly challenging.
