Involving a group of people in the idea generation process brings involvement, cohesion and buy-in.

The presence of people from different backgrounds brings openness, broadens the scope of ideas, and paves the way for original ideas.

Group creativity methods lend themselves well to multidisciplinary project teams.

Everyone has imaginative potential, but there are obstacles to unlocking it: censorship, self-censorship, habits that create "false constraints", the attitude of the "all-knowing" expert, lack of perspective, solitary perfectionism.
