4. Our advice

  • Before communicating extensively on the objectives of the change (during the next phase of mobilization), it is wise and prudent to "test" the content of the objectives on a control group with a wide range of skills, hierarchical level and "political" positioning (an opinion leader, an alumnus, a trade unionist, etc.), and to gather their comments on the content and form. It would be astonishing if none of the comments merited being incorporated into the objectives, and thus added clarity and relevance to the objectives of the change.

  • Make sure you comply with the rules of the French Labor Code, both internally and externally, so as not to generate unfounded suspicion within your teams. You'll also avoid unnecessary and harmful conflicts with employee representatives.
