4. Create project organization chart

Creating an organization chart for the project means breaking down the project deliverables and associated work packages into entities that will be easier to manage. The project breakdown structure is a hierarchical breakdown of the deliverables and of all the work to be carried out by the project team and the players involved, to meet the project objectives and create the expected deliverables.

This breakdown structure applies to all projects. It describes, by work package, the work to be carried out as specified in the project definition, its scope and its deliverables.
