This involves planning all the activities that will lead, with the stakeholders, to defining, verifying and controlling the scope until the project is completed.

This process encompasses all the activities involved in :

• formalize the entire provisional project perimeter ;

• draw up the definitive scope of the project and its activities with the stakeholders;

• ensure the subsequent completion (internal and external) of the work packages provided for in the project scope validation;

• verify the scope and control the deliverables according to their satisfaction criteria;

• control the processing of change requests according to the decision-making processes implemented within the company....
