2.1 Brief description: objectives and challenges

A succinct description of the project will help you position its purpose.

The objectives are classically broken down into three areas:

• quality: deliverables to be provided to the customer ;

• cost: the cost of deliverables in terms of manufacturing costs, the cost of the project ;

• deadline: delivery dates for the various deliverables.

Formalizing the project's stakes will give the project its importance. It is a mobilizing factor for all project contributors.
