6.1 Operating modes

Not all operating modes need to be described in procedure-type documents. In this case, you can directly describe the organization implemented as part of the project.

Examples of operating modes:

• Steering committee (contract management, arbitration management);

• the project committee (operational monitoring of project progress).

For each of the bodies set up, please specify :

• its objectives ;

• agenda management ;

• the list of participants ;

• periodicity ;

• ...
