8.1 Don't restrict the definition of the organization to that of the project
The organization of a project is not limited to the resources of the prime contractor in charge of the project. It is important to explicitly define the responsibilities and authorities of the various contributors, as well as their working methods.
The organization chart for the overall operation of the project is a plus, including the project owner's resources and organization.
