5. Building the project management plan

5.1 Applicable documents and tools

The applicable documents and tools are the project's "toolbox". Each contributor will only use tools explicitly identified in the project quality plan.

You'll be referring to organizational procedures: managing a change request, mastering project documentation, mastering records, managing deliverables, managing a customer complaint, and so on.

You will also refer to tools: question/answer sheets, document templates (functional specification, test report, etc.), incident sheets, etc.

It is not necessary to include all the procedures and descriptions of the tools used in the project quality plan. Simply refer to them in the same way as contractual elements.
