6. Strengthening corporate culture

A strong, positive corporate culture is also a prerequisite for successful value chain management. Sharing, collaboration, openness, flexibility, mutual respect and trust are just some of the features of this culture.

These principles apply not only to the company itself, but also to its partners, subcontractors and suppliers.

Companies strive to develop long-lasting, mutually rewarding relationships based on trust, which will ultimately satisfy the customer's needs.

The question of trust, whether too much or too little, is crucial; all partners in the value chain must be able to rely on each other. Everyone's activities, from one end of the chain to the other, must be treated with respect, humility and honesty.
