4.1 Trust your team

It's important to trust the team's ability to say what's important to them. Influencing the outcome would be counter-productive, and could jeopardize efforts to restore the team's motivation.

4.2 Take the time

The motivation process needs a certain amount of time to be effective. The key is to allocate sufficient time to teamwork. A minimum of two hours is needed, for example, to go through the various avenues suggested above.
