9.1 Don't get bogged down in a theoretical vision, far removed from the reality of the project.
The best way to ensure compliance with the "cost, quality, time" triptych is to take into account the specific features of each project.
The Method PMO must not impose rules beyond those strictly necessary, otherwise it will lose credibility and be relegated to the role of producer of instructions that are unusable and unused by projects.
