1. What are the characteristics of the Method PMO?

The trigram PMO refers to both the Project Management Office (the PMO department) and the individual (the Project Management Officer). In this fact sheet, the acronym PMO will be used to designate the Project Management Officer, rather than the Project Management Office, which will be spelled out in full. Attached to the Project Management Office, also known as the "Methods Department" in some organizations, the Method PMO has several functions.
