6. Communicating innovation

You need to communicate the results of innovation to turn them into business success factors.

6.1 Communication within the company.

The roadmaps, and the innovation projects that form part of them, are validated by General Management and the various functional (marketing, sales, finance, etc.) and operational (production, etc.) departments.

The purpose of project reviews, especially those that bring projects to a close, is precisely to provide the various departments with a brief for implementing application projects.
