6. Evaluate and adapt your actions and communication plan
Your communication actions must be evaluated in the light of your communication objectives on the one hand, and the evolution of the project on the other:
Have your target groups seen/read/heard your actions?
How were your messages perceived and understood?
What adaptations would be appropriate in terms of content or dates, particularly in light of changes to the project or its progress?

In addition to this questioning and its adjustments, to be validated with the steering committee, you need to learn from this experience at the end of the project, in order to identify mistakes and capitalize on the best experiences.
