2. Identify your targets

2.1 Who are the target audiences for your communications?

You need to involve all your stakeholders, of course, but also include teams from other departments in your organization that are not necessarily involved in the project: personnel and/or human resources, marketing-communications, logistics, customer relations, production, information systems, etc., as well as employee representative bodies.

Depending on the nature of your project and your organization's activity, you may also need to target external partners:

  • service providers, suppliers, banks, etc. ;

  • elected representatives or central or local government departments ;

  • neighborhood,...
