4. Plan, implement, evaluate and adjust your actions
Once you've identified your targets and your budget, it's time to plan your communication actions. For each target group, you need to determine when to send out what message, in what form (on what medium) and, if necessary, how often.
Don't lose sight of the relative importance of each target group, at the risk of misallocating your investments. In particular, distinguish between the stakeholders you expect to be involved most and those whose involvement in the project will come later.
To stay in control of your actions, you need two complementary supports.
First, create a summary grid, in the form of a timeline, on which you position your actions:
