4. Attract attention

Drawing attention to a collaborative space or to content requiring a response is a strong point to acquire in a platform.

4.1 For a space

  • the name of the space must be clear;

  • a few key people need to be brought to the fore (e.g. the administrator responsible for the space and its operating rules, the animator or Community Manager who facilitates exchanges and welcomes newcomers, the "space gardener" who improves categorization, tidies up information and reorganizes the space if necessary);

  • the space's purpose and specific missions must be clearly defined;
