5. Build a profile

A collaborative platform has a user directory where you can find more or less complete profiles. A user profile is made up of the following information:

• identity: last name, first name, photo, function/mission ;

• voluntary traces: declared expertise, keywords, training, hobbies ;

• involuntary traces: activities on the platform, revealing other expertise and/or interests.

Entering a profile and posting a photo helps to identify a contributor, his or her skills and expertise. This action facilitates initial contact and legitimizes a reaction.
