The team constructed and characterized all latent needs, placing them in their context. The exhaustive identification of latent needs is the basis for the quality of the subsequent realization and launch stages leading to innovation.
At the end of this workshop, we obtain :
complete inventory of requirements ;
description of the environment, its constraints and changes;
the characterization of future needs expressed in an objective and verifiable form;
the requirements scenario in the system ;
the action plan for the evolution scenario.
