5. Communicate, share and/or transfer know-how content

There are several ways of communicating, sharing and/or transferring know-how:

  • the involvement of players who are the "addressees" or "targets" of the capitalization result in the work of capturing the know-how concerned;

  • making content available to operational staff through various means: document database, intranet, etc. ;

  • presentation sessions, content enhancement ;
