2. Implementing capitalization supports

The supports will guide the capture, formalize and transfer the know-how of the people identified.

Two approaches are possible:

• The first, the most structured and above all the most durable, is based on the definition of a know-how repository that provides highly structured forms for the capitalization, exploitation and ongoing enrichment of know-how.
