4. Delivering and evaluating content

Iterative capitalization cycles always pass through a stage of restitution/validation of the captured, formalized content.

Output formats can be in the form of :

  • free-text reports ;

  • text documents;

  • representation, graphic modeling ;

  • a series of structured know-how cards.

The latter option is preferable in final iterations.

Validation criteria can be :

  • following rules of formalization and writing quality (e.g.: no sentence longer than 20 words, use lists, limit colors, always position the definition of abbreviations, etc.). These rules are written down before the interviews take place. They can guide the capture...
