6. Maintain and update capitalized know-how

All the information and knowledge captured and formalized represents a foundation for capitalizing on and continuously enriching the know-how concerned.

The aim is to continuously identify gaps, "obsolete" elements or elements that need to be called into question in order to optimize, adapt or complete this know-how heritage. This identification can be carried out with the involvement of the operational players, who exploit the information contained in this know-how with the help of :

• periodic surveys ;

• support for spontaneous questions, criticism and suggestions.
