7.1 Mobilize the experts

This is a prerequisite for the success of the exercise. Putting people into practice within operational teams and with new recruits, positioning them as project leaders, and promoting them through management are all levers that facilitate this mobilization. When an expert who is retiring and is involved in an initiative to promote his or her know-how "offers" to return to the company to make occasional contributions, you can benefit even more from the success of the operation.
