An objective is a target: taking a bow and arrow is a tactic.
It's essential to understand what you're getting into. Building a stakeholder map is essential to avoid making mistakes.
Acting, deciding and keeping the tempo is essential. The crisis imposes this tempo on all stakeholders, both inside and outside the company, in a non-stop rhythm 24/7!
The action plan must be implemented over a short period of time. The crisis must be managed on a day-to-day, short-term basis, even if crises tend to last and recur.
