7. Our advice
7.1 Reduce the list of ideas before evaluating them
By the end of stage 5, the actual idea generation phase, the group has generated an average of between 50 and 150 ideas. This list is generally too large for effective evaluation.
So don't hesitate to do some preliminary work on grouping similar ideas and deleting identical ones, in order to narrow down the list. This work can be done in the days following the session by someone in the group.
