4. Knowing how to communicate fairly
The dosage, i.e. the amount of information, is important and there are no real rules. It's up to you to decide on the right level of information. Too much information and you'll be seen as intrusive by some. Not enough information and you risk becoming disconnected from the reality of your organization and being seen as a "secretive" hider. The best thing to do is talk it over with your contacts to find the right level of intrusiveness.
Do they feel they know enough? Or do they feel you're hiding something from them? Do you arouse a feeling of envy or rejection?
