2. Placing stakeholders on a map
Once you've made a list of your stakeholders, place them on a map. In the center of this map, you'll define your first circle, made up of the people who have the greatest influence on your adventure. This first circle should be the one to which you devote most of your attention and energy. You need to make sure that these people share with you the key points of your adventure. Alignment with objectives and challenges, shared action plans, financing - these are just some of the elements on which you'll need to achieve total agreement with the people in this first circle... With this in mind, you'll need to provide them with regular and frequent information. First and foremost, there will be your sponsor(s).
