Through these questions and reflections, you'll identify convergences and divergences, possible enrichments and key actions to be taken to bring the intelligence system into line with customers' current needs and expectations.
You will also identify the points to watch and select the actions that make the most sense contextually (cf. your company's strategic plan and the monitoring process in place).
To bring about change, you're going to rely on events and concrete situations (e.g. asking the marketing director to avoid redundancies and under-utilization of intelligence within his department).
