4. Enabling the use of resources and tools
This involves, at all times:
allowing for the provision of sufficient space, equipment, and furnishings necessary for the activity being carried out;
providing, as needed, the resources necessary for the proper functioning of these “objects.”
Two significant trends should be considered.
First, there is the proliferation of these goods and tools (G&T), which corresponds to the rise in the average standard of living. Their number stems from technical progress, product innovation, and the miniaturization of equipment.
