5. Annex to article R. 511-9 of the French Environment Code
The 1953 decree was repealed by décret n° 2007-1467 du 12 octobre 2007 , which codified the regulatory part of Book V of Code de l’environnement .
The entire numerical nomenclature and the four remaining headings of the 1953 nomenclature are appended to article R. 511-9 of Code de l’environnement .
