7. Creation of the third part of the nomenclature
décret n° 2013-375 du 2 mai 2013 has created the third part of the nomenclature of classified installations, with numbers in 3000. This part corresponds to activities subject to regulations on industrial substances, known as IED (articles L. 515-28 et seq., R. 515-28 et seq. of the Code de l’environnement , directive 2010/75/UE du 24 novembre 2010 ).
