6. Creation of a registration system (E)

The décret 2010-367 du 13 avril 2010 website introduces the registration system to the nomenclature of classified facilities. This new administrative regime is an intermediary between the authorization and declaration regimes. This modification creates new headings, modifies existing headings and introduces the registration regime for certain headings. The registration system is designed as a simplified authorization for sectors where the technical measures to prevent inconvenience are well known and standardized. The aim is to lighten administrative procedures for small facilities.
