8. Creation of the fourth part of the nomenclature
décret n° 2014-285 du 3 mars 2014 has created the fourth part of the nomenclature of classified installations, with numbers in 4000. This part groups together the most dangerous substances for which specific provisions are laid down under Seveso regulations to prevent major accidents. It will come into force on June 1 2015.
The creation of this fourth part of the nomenclature for classified installations will lead, from 1 er June 2015, to the deletion of the letters AS in the first two parts of the nomenclature, which were used to identify Seveso high threshold installations.
