Do industrial accidents lead to changes in the nomenclature of classified facilities?

Industrial accidentology is the driving force behind changes to the nomenclature of classified facilities. Feedback from accidents at classified facilities is taken into account both in Community regulations, in particular the Seveso Directive, and in the thresholds of the nomenclature for classified facilities.
