20. Energy management system

You don't have to implement an energy management system (ISO 50001 standard) to do energy management.

Some companies have even defined their own internal systems.

In any case, the success of any energy management can only be achieved with a motivated management team and a convinced leader who knows how to convince and lead.

The energy management system must involve all personnel, clearly defining their roles (see § 10.6 "Company players" of [BE 7 007] ).
