21. Financial aid

The energy-saving incentives described in §7 of [BE 7 007] include financial support for companies. These can take many forms, with different players and more or less complex systems and procedures.

The simplest of these is direct financial aid from the public authorities (State, public agency, local authorities...) for equipment, investment or a well-defined process (diagnostics, R&D...). What follows is a description of the main aid systems operating in France and fulfilling their purpose, insofar as the means are appropriate (budget, skills, accessibility, control,...
