19. Energy-saving sector actions

Grouped sectoral or cross-sectoral actions on a given theme (compressed air, for example) have the advantage of enabling us to acquire information on concrete cases and to compare ourselves with other companies.

They are based on the approach described in this article:

• acquiring the knowledge needed to take action, by carrying out energy diagnostics ;

• Precise results through measurement campaigns;

• CAI calculation and choice of reference CAI. Comparison and determination of the margin for improvement;
