7.1 Build on what already exists

Some of the inputs to the management review may already have been analyzed and followed up in management meetings. If this is the case, there's no need to repeat what's already been covered! Tackle only the subjects that are missing from the management review, but don't forget to include decisions from other meetings in the output.
