3. What are the input and output elements?

While the standard does not prescribe the frequency or participants, it does detail the input and output elements of the management review.

3.1 Input elements

The management review must take into account at least the following elements:

  • the progress of actions decided at previous management reviews;

  • changes in external and internal issues relevant to the management system;

  • information on the performance and effectiveness of the management system, particularly in terms of customer satisfaction and feedback from interested parties, achievement of objectives, process performance and conformity of products and services, non-conformities and corrective...
