The minutes (or the presentation medium, if you have chosen to produce a single document) are not intended for all employees. However, certain information must be communicated, such as the results obtained, the objectives for the coming period, the quality policy if it has been modified, organizational changes...

To make it easier to follow up decisions taken at the management review, you can formalize them in an action plan, specific or otherwise (see How to define an action plan? [FIC 0369] ).
