5. How to run a management review?

A management review is dense and demanding in terms of concentration and reflection, both for the moderator and for the participants. So it's important to set the pace of your meeting to capture the attention of your audience. To avoid a long monologue from the moderator, you can ask each process manager to present the input and recommendations for improvement relating to his or her area of responsibility (see How to prepare and run an effective meeting [FIC 0347] ).
