4. How do you prepare for a management review?
The effectiveness of a management review depends on the quality of its preparation. It's a complex exercise, requiring rigor and method. This method is not imposed by the ISO 9001 standard, so it's up to you to define it according to your company's culture, your staff's management system experience and the maturity of your system.
4.1 Data collection and analysis
On a day-to-day basis, you have at your disposal a whole battery of indicators, monitoring tables, analysis results, progress reports... which meet the input requirements imposed by the standard. You'll use them to prepare your meeting. But beware: a list of raw results is not enough! You need to synthesize and analyze these data.
