1. Define areas and opportunities for improvement in a QMS and the associated responsibilities
Everything that goes to make up a company's day-to-day work is open to improvement. However, in the context of a quality management system, it is recognized that incremental corrections and improvements, while necessary, are not sufficient to reflect a structured and effective improvement approach.
