4. Structure the process improvement approach and associated resources

Process reviews are the most widely used means of improvement at process level (see Conducting a process review [FIC 0340] ), although they are not a requirement of the ISO 9001 standard.

As with the other improvement areas, you will need to define the frequency of process reviews. The most common frequency is half-yearly or yearly.
